SeatUp is a board game companion app that helps users find people to play with, log game sessions, manage their collections, and connect with other board game enthusiasts.

To use certain features of SeatUp, you must register for an account. You agree to:

You retain ownership of content you create on SeatUp (play logs, photos, game reviews, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content within the service.

6. Intellectual Property

SeatUp and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SeatUp and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Board game data is provided in partnership with BoardGameGeek.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

SeatUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of SeatUp after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
